The house is situated within 400m distance of the sea in a good and newly built area of Limassol with excellent infrastructure. There is a hypermarket Alfamega, variety of cafe’s and restaurants, fruit market and other amenities within a walking distance.

The apartment consists of the spacious living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle etc.), the bathroom, the bedroom with a double bed and the balcony. There is a sofa in the living room.

There is a WiFi and set of Russian TV channels.

The price is 70 euros per day. The electricity and the water should be paid according to the meters as well as departure cleaning (60 euros).
