1-bedroom new apartment is situated on 5th floor of 6-floor building. It has got unobstructed sea view from living room and bedroom. There are no windows, which are facing the noisy road.

The flat is fully and nicely furnished with all necessary electrical appliances for comfort short staying. The sofa in living room has got very good mattress. There is a dishwasher, stove, little oven, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle etc. in the kitchen.

There is high speed internet connection in the apartment with WiFi module.

Price is 100 euros per day. Electricity and water are paid extra according to the meters’ readings as well as departure cleaning (50 euro).
