The big studio apartment in the prestigious Eden’s Beach Apartments complex at the sea is available for holiday rent. The apartment is located on the third floor and has the side sea view.

To reach the well-known Olimpion beach in Limassol you should just cross the road.
The new prestigious complex with the pool on a roof, a bar, a gym and the concierge is located in the center of Limassol near the old city and a new sea marine. The famous fish tavern and the fish market with fresh seafood are located near the complex. The zoo and municipal park are only minutes away walk from the block.

In the apartment we have all the things necessary for spending nice holidays: the new light-color furniture creates wonderful mood, new household appliances (the washing machine, electric cooker, an oven, an extractor, a microwave, the refrigerator, electric kettle, air-conditioners) will help you with your everyday cares. The bedding, towels and kitchenware also are provided.

Please note the electricity consumption is paid extra according to the meter as wel as the final cleaning (35 euro).

To make the stay even more comfortable and pleasant wi-fi internet has been installed in the premises so there is no need anymore to go down to the lobby to chat in skype or check your e-mails.

The rent is 70 euro a night. Electricity and water are paid extra according to the meters. The cleaning upon departure is also paid extra (50 euro).
